Aquila New Nylgut® strings are made from a proprietary synthetic material designed to replicate the tonal qualities of traditional gut strings while offering improved tuning stability and durability.
The New Nylgut® formulation combines three synthetic components to produce a smooth, white string with strong projection, stable tuning, and accurate intonation across the fretboard.
This 21U (AQ-B) set is designed for baritone ukulele and is intended for standard baritone tuning (D-G-B-E), the same tuning relationship as the top four strings of a guitar. The strings are labeled E-B-G-D on the package, corresponding to the 1st through 4th strings.
