Aquila Super Nylgut® strings are an updated formulation of Aquila’s New Nylgut® material, designed to provide improved strength, faster tuning stability, and a consistent playing feel.
The Super Nylgut® compound produces smooth, pearl-white strings that are slightly stronger and less elastic than traditional Nylgut®, helping the strings settle into pitch more quickly after installation while maintaining stable tuning.
This 131U (AQ-SNG-B8) set is designed for 8-string baritone ukulele, featuring paired strings in the traditional D-G-B-E baritone tuning. The doubled string arrangement produces a fuller, chorus-like sound with increased volume and harmonic richness.
Compatibility: Designed for 8-string baritone ukulele only. Not suitable for soprano, concert, tenor, or standard 4-string baritone ukulele.
