Aquila Super Nylgut® strings are an updated formulation of Aquila’s New Nylgut® material, designed to provide improved strength, faster tuning stability, and a consistent playing feel.
The Super Nylgut® compound produces smooth, pearl-white strings that are slightly stronger and less elastic than traditional Nylgut®, helping the strings settle into pitch more quickly after installation while maintaining stable tuning.
This 128U (AQ-SNG-B) set is designed for baritone ukulele and is intended for standard baritone tuning (D-G-B-E), the same tuning relationship as the top four strings of a guitar. The strings may be labeled E-B-G-D on the package, corresponding to the 1st through 4th strings.
Compatibility: Designed for baritone ukulele only. Not suitable for soprano, concert, or tenor ukulele.
