These Alexi Laiho signature sets are nickel-plated steel on round cores. They sound big, fat and bend like no other.

My favorite strings
I've been playing since I was a 15 year old and tried just about every string, I use to use GHS Boomers all the time,then,once I tried these Drs I haven't looked back. The way the feel and sound is incredible . They can really take a beating.
