These green bass strings from DR are pretty cool.
Kermit the Frog would really like them. Green Lantern probably would too.
In fact, if you're playing for any muppets or superheroes, you'll be good to go with these!
They are green coated nickel-plated steel bass strings wound on round cores and they have ball ends.
They look amazing under black (UV) light!
Scale length is 38", so no problem fitting on any standard bass guitar.
Of course, coating means longer lasting, more protection against corrosion and increased tone life.

Green Bass Strings look great, play ok
The looks are there, no doubt. They pop. Playability is just good. Sound is above average as well.

DR NEON GREEN BASS GUITAR STRINGS
Very cool looking strings. Especially in black light. Right out of the box they actually sound brighter than other bass strings brands I use. I'm trying to get used to the feel of coated strings, being that they stay brighter longer. The cool part is when you use the DR luminescent strings with a black light on they look absolutely amazing. One drawback is very heavy gauges sets for alternate tuning applications are not available from the Neon series. So until then, just 4 stars.
