Ernie Ball 2856 Medium Scale Regular Slinky Bass Strings are nickel wound electric bass strings designed to deliver the familiar Slinky feel with a bright, balanced tone on medium scale instruments. They are constructed using the same materials and production methods as Ernie Ball’s standard Slinky bass strings.
These strings are engineered to fit basses up to 32.5" scale length, as well as short scale basses with string-through-body bridges, such as vintage Fender Mustang basses. The result is proper winding placement, reliable intonation, and consistent performance where standard long-scale strings may not fit correctly.
Manufactured in Southern California using carefully selected raw materials, Ernie Ball bass strings are known for consistent quality and dependable performance.
