Shipping
Shipping within the US is FREE (USPS 1st Class w/tracking) for all orders over $20. Orders under $20 will include a $5.95 shipping charge.
We try to fill all orders same day (for us, that means orders up until 4pm EST M-F), otherwise within 24 hours. If an item is on back order or there will be any significant delay, we will email you.

For FedEx Overnight, the following delivery schedule applies:
Orders placed (by 4pm EST) --> Will Arrive
Monday --> Tuesday
Tuesday --> Wednesday
Wednesday --> Thursday
Thursday --> Friday
Friday --> Monday

Sunday --> Tuesday
Please remember to take into account any Federal holidays which do not count as shipping days!
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
International customers: Please note that the shipping rates are weight-based. This will be calculated automatically at checkout.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
If you would like to return an item that is no longer needed or because the wrong item was ordered, we will gladly accept the return as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in new, resalable condition.
String sets must remain unopened to be eligible for return. Once a string package has been opened, the strings can no longer be sold as new and therefore cannot be returned unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
