All wound strings are treated with nano-scale coating technology that helps repel moisture, oils, and debris that can shorten string life and dull tone. In addition, each plain string features a patented titanium reinforcement winding, which improves strength at the ball end and helps reduce breakage and tuning slippage during regular use.
