Pyramid pure nickel round wound 10-46
I want to stress that there is nothing wrong with these strings - I just didnt like the sound of them. Compared to the nickel plated steel strings I use by EB they suck the mids out and leave the sparkly highs intact. I think mids are very important to my sound so that is why I am passing on these. The strings themselves are well made. If you want to EQ out the mids in a mid heavy guitar these will do the job. I did find the tension to be a bit less which was nice but music is about sound and inspiration. These are a pass.
