The best strings I have ever used on my guitars. The silk inlay is the key to the beautiful tone you will notice both unplugged and plugged in. They cost a bit more, but that is outweighed by the fact that they last 5 times longer than most every other strings I have used. The plain strings look to be electroplated with something that gives them a brass tint. Whatever it is, it doesn't feel like a regular plain string.
